Summary: The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful at check-in. Could not find our reservation booked from Expedia and would not even look at my confirmation emails/texts- she just told us that she couldn’t help us. She finally found it, she was equally unfriendly with directing us towards our room/parking etc. the hallways were clean but the room reeked of dog smell, and was muggy/musty. The mattresses were so hard also no sofa as advertised- just a chair. Breakfast was good and morning staff was friendly and attentive. Overall, not impressed and would not book again.
